CASE STUDIES
Client work, in detail.
A closer look at selected client projects — the business problem behind each, the approach taken, and the outcome delivered.
E-COMMERCE
Pemborong Kristal Mutiara
THE PROBLEM
Pemborong Kristal Mutiara sold wholesale imitation jewellery entirely through personal relationships and manual, in-person transactions. Growth was capped by how many people one team could speak to directly.
THE APPROACH
A full online store with secure payment integration — not a catalogue, but a store built to actually run a business, handle genuine transaction volume, and be managed by the client afterwards.
THE OUTCOME
The relationship didn't end at launch. When Pemborong Kristal Mutiara needed additional support later, it was handled by someone who already understood their system — no re-explaining the business from scratch.
BUSINESS SYSTEM
Commission System
THE PROBLEM
Deliveries and driver commissions were tracked in handwritten notebooks and spreadsheets. Every month, staff manually reconciled handwritten records, delivery orders, invoice numbers and container numbers before commissions could be calculated — repetitive work, constant duplicate checking, and a standing risk of human error.
THE APPROACH
A custom commission management system built around how the business actually operates. Staff record deliveries digitally, assign jobs to drivers, and the system calculates commissions automatically. Complete shipment records are stored and searchable instantly, reports export to print or PDF, and data is shared across office computers.
THE OUTCOME
Less manual paperwork, more accurate commission calculation, duplicate checking largely eliminated, and far faster searching and reporting — running in daily production since 2021.
WEBSITE / UX REDESIGN
Mascottist Academy Hong Kong
THE PROBLEM
An existing website that didn't reflect the professionalism of the work it sold.
THE APPROACH
A full UX redesign, rebuilt from scratch — the first international client.
THE OUTCOME
A site that finally matched the standard of the work it represents.
COLLABORATION
Projects in collaboration.
Projects delivered together with other creative and digital partners, where Glyphious Digital contributed as part of a wider team.
WEB DESIGN · COLLABORATION
Magic Cook Official
THE PROBLEM
Magic Cook Official had a pre-existing website that needed enhancement, editing and additional work.
THE APPROACH
Website enhancement, editing and ongoing support on the existing site — handled as improvements rather than a rebuild, in collaboration with Chronology Media House.
THE OUTCOME
A continued relationship, with the client returning for further work across multiple engagements.
